Meet Tara, a wonderful Bridal Stylist based in Essex, UK. We’re so excited to have her as a Member of The Wedding Hair Company! Here, we share a little more about her and her business…
“My name is Taralee, but most people call me Tara.
I qualified as a Stylist at NVQ level 3 and went on to manage a salon for approximately 5 years before leaving to become self-employed in 2007.
I began to concentrate on bridal hair - This was when 'Wedding hair by Tara' was created. I have now been in the industry for just over 10 years. I love the buzz and everything about a wedding.”
“Last year I received a 'Regional Highly Commended' award from TWIA (The Wedding Industry Awards). I am so pleased to have received this. The awards are based on my real brides votes and wedding industry judges.
I regularly attend bridal hairstyling courses to improve my skills and watch tutorials to learn different techniques.
Weddings provide such a positive environment to work in. I absolutely love my job. I love helping my brides feel special and amazing on their day.”
